Oncology Clinic Manager

At New England Cancer Specialists, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oncology Clinic Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Lewiston clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
- Manage clinic operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives, aligned with the organization's strategic plan.
- Collaborate with clinical providers to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in oncology nursing, with a focus on leadership and management.
- Current RN license in the State of Maine.
- OCN certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
