Sales Coordinator Job Description

LMG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with various departments to provide information, assist with scheduling, and coordinate show technicians to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and gather information about events, client requirements, budgets, and equipment needs.
  • Coordinate with Show Assistants to create and issue formal proposals to clients.
  • Oversee all event details and logistics, including site visits to ensure accurate power requirements and equipment needs.
  • Manage event installation, operation, and strike, coordinating with clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Prepare final documentation and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience developing technical proposals for various types of events
  • Strong organization and communication skills
Benefits:
