Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Warwick Hotel in Seattle. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department, ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence and reports, filing, and answering phones.
  • Prepare contracts and maintain vendor information.
  • Assure all incoming and outgoing correspondence is typed, received, mailed and/or filed as required.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and communicate pertinent information to necessary parties.
  • Maintain and upkeep of office equipment and supplies.
  • Receive visitors and guests, answer questions and concerns, and provide tours to potential clients.
  • Assist managers with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Support Director of Sales and Marketing with Social Media efforts and marketing pieces.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
