The FI Distribution Finance Team works closely with various stakeholders, including executive leadership, finance departments, and strategic teams, to propel initiatives throughout Fidelity Institutional. This role emphasizes delivering financial support and analysis for the Intermediary Distribution team.

Candidates should exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and the capacity to prioritize effectively while adapting to a dynamic work environment.

Required Expertise and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in financial modeling and analysis
  • A keen sense of curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to acquire new skills
  • Confidence and professionalism to work autonomously and collaborate efficiently across all organizational levels, including engaging with and influencing senior leadership
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create presentations that convey financial insights to guide decision-making
  • Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with financial, presentation, and data visualization tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ThinkCell, Tableau, Business Objects)
  • A proactive attitude and a strong team player
Value Proposition
  • Collaborate with the Distribution senior team to establish territories and define sales objectives for the overall Intermediary and specific territories
  • Provide analytical insights to sales leadership based on territory, market, and activity data
  • Assist in the Intermediary pricing and business acceptance process for Third Party Payments
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of financial outcomes, including key drivers, emerging trends, and anomalies to inform senior management for effective decision-making
  • Utilize tools and business acumen to continuously deliver insightful information, reporting, and analytics that adapt to business changes, including proactive analysis
  • Formulate sales forecasts for new products and markets
