Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will leverage the organization's financial systems, including the general ledger, to conduct thorough reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams.

This role requires frequent interaction with key stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of member-level information across various departments, as well as with external entities.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Validate the precision of revenue from external sources, including state agencies and federal programs.
2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of new rate contracts and perform comparative analysis.
3. Collaborate with Enrollment to reconcile member-level data affecting revenue recognition.
4. Work alongside Medical Management to ensure accurate data reconciliation.
5. Act as the Revenue Lead during audits, coordinating with external auditors.
6. Oversee the preparation of budget and quarterly forecasting activities, ensuring all revenue changes are accurately reflected in financial systems.
7. Assist in quarterly revenue reporting and prepare monthly revenue reporting packages.
8. Update and maintain policies and procedures as necessary.
9. Participate in team projects and take a leadership role when assigned.

It is essential to comply with the organization's Corporate Compliance Program, Standards of Business Conduct, and all applicable laws and regulations in relation to job duties.

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring 4 days per week in the office and 1 day per week working remotely, with minimal travel requirements.


Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis.


Additional Requirements:
(I)

Experience must include finance and audit analysis, particularly in healthcare or insurance sectors; (II) Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance metrics; (III) Strong understanding of revenue flow and financial statement preparation; (IV) Proficiency in Excel, general ledger software, and analytic tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, or Cognos; (V) Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; (VI) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a history of effective communication.
