Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous financial analysis and support for the Asset Management sector.
- Assist in the planning cycle, encompassing multi-year plans, operating budgets, and forecasts.
- Achieve expertise in the systems and tools utilized by the team.
- Aid in crafting executive presentations for senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Drive both short-term and long-term financial initiatives.
- Offer ad hoc analysis and support as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Over 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a financial analyst or product role.
- Familiarity with Fidelity funds or institutional products is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of effectively engaging with finance and business partners at various organizational levels.
