Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Confidence and professionalism to work autonomously while effectively collaborating across all organizational levels, including engaging with and influencing senior leadership.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create presentations that convey financial insights to support decision-making.

Key Contributions:
  • Collaborate with the Distribution senior team to establish territories and set sales objectives for the overall Intermediary sector as well as specific territories.
  • Provide analytical insights to sales leadership based on territory, market, and activity data.
  • Assist in the Intermediary pricing and business acceptance process for Third Party Payments.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of financial outcomes, including key drivers, emerging trends, and anomalies to inform senior management for effective decision-making.
  • Utilize tools and business acumen to consistently deliver informative reporting and analytics that adapt to business changes, demonstrating proactive analysis.
  • Generate sales forecasts for new products and market opportunities.
