Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Creating all P&IDs and layout drawings pertinent to loss prevention, safety apparatus, and escape routes, while collaborating with designers and drafters to ensure accurate translation of designs into drawings and specifications.
  • Generating all necessary calculations and reports to support the loss prevention design.
  • Leading and conducting risk assessments, hazard identification and evaluation studies, hazard operability studies, consequence analysis, layers of protection analysis, and departmental reviews.
  • Drafting specifications and datasheets for specialized safety and loss prevention equipment or components for various projects.
  • Assisting in the management of packages for specialized safety and loss prevention equipment or components related to projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline, along with three (3) years of experience in the offered position or in related loss prevention (Fire Protection) roles involving maritime structures.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering field with five (5) years of experience in the offered position or in related loss prevention (Fire Protection) roles involving maritime structures.
