Patient Care Technician

DaVita is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working closely with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Measure and record vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
