About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our DaVita team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dialysis care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including hemodialysis treatment, patient assessment, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless patient care and achieve clinical outcomes.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of patients, the service, and our SNF partners.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
  • MUST BE OCDT CERTIFIED.
