Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support to our patients with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with patient education on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
