Job Title: Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at C&M Legal Search, LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Scottsdale office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, rooms, and catering for clients and guests
  • Assist with calls, directions, and questions regarding the Scottsdale office location
  • Maintain valet parking logs and assist with office access cards
  • Support Estate Plan Attorneys with signings and coordinate with Office Services
  • Prepare invoices, FedEx labels, and coordinate file delivery and pick-up
  • Assist with time entry, expense reports, and file opening process
  • Track MCLE information and coordinate maintenance requests
  • Plan and execute internal and external events with the Managing Shareholder and Scottsdale Office Administrator
  • Coordinate office set-up for new hires and monitor office supplies
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Moderate knowledge of Word and Excel and ability to learn other software programs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and judgment
Education and Experience:

High school education or equivalent required, some higher education preferred. Six months to one year experience in a law office.

Working Conditions:

Normal business office working conditions. Remain in a sitting position for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
