Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team at Seattle Operations LLC. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs
  • Maintain accurate and informative activity progress notes, highlighting resident responses and feedback
  • Perform administrative tasks, including completing forms and reports, and submitting them to the Activity Director as required
  • Supervise resident smoking breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class C driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk frequently throughout the workday
