Introduction:

Cyrten is seeking a dedicated Project Integrator to support a long-term initiative for an Intelligence Community client. This role is essential for implementing a comprehensive data modernization strategy while ensuring adherence to established regulations and policies.

The Project Integrator will play a pivotal role in facilitating collaboration across various organizational sectors, managing IT program requirements, and overseeing development efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering IT program requirements and converting them into actionable JIRA user stories for development within a ServiceNow Application.
  • Managing the development process, timelines, and strategies to fulfill requirements in the ServiceNow environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and data governance strategies through effective collaboration with data sources and interface partners.
  • Capturing business data in an enterprise data dictionary and aligning multiple projects with the client's objectives.
  • Streamlining applications for enhanced business processes and aiding in the decommissioning of outdated systems.
  • Updating and managing data governance guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring clarity in tasking guidance and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Providing comprehensive technical writing support, including the creation and editing of reports, briefings, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical project management and full life-cycle software development.
  • Ability to manage and monitor multiple concurrent projects effectively.
  • Experience utilizing Jira for user story development and backlog management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Application development processes.
  • Experience in documenting and tracking IT program requirements.
  • Ability to analyze existing IT applications and processes to align with customer requirements.
  • Experience in establishing and leading working groups to achieve IT objectives.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and analyzing customer challenges related to data management.
  • Experience in composing and editing formal reports and project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with agile methodologies and the customer's existing environment.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT application design and analysis.
  • Experience in evaluating legacy applications for potential replacement with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer data management tools and capabilities.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience.
