Located in one of the nation's most rapidly expanding data center markets, Compu Dynamics is recognized as a frontrunner in this sector. We are currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to discuss specific projects, their objectives, and expected outcomes.
  2. Facilitate negotiations for contract agreements.
  3. Generate detailed written estimates for clients, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, subcontracting, and other associated costs.
  4. Achieve budgetary goals and adjust project parameters based on financial assessments.
  5. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to foster stronger relationships with clients and partners.
  6. Oversee all project aspects utilizing Procore software.
  7. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address client inquiries or concerns.
  8. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure construction teams are adequately supplied.
  9. Maintain communication with site superintendents regarding delays and other critical issues that need to be relayed to clients.
  10. Uphold a high standard of professionalism with clients, vendors, and colleagues, striving to cultivate positive working relationships.
  11. Travel throughout the service area while adhering to all local regulations.
  12. Operate vehicles and equipment safely, following safety protocols, reporting hazards, and contributing to a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator in the data center or large commercial/industrial sectors.
  2. Comprehensive understanding of project management within the construction of data centers or commercial/industrial projects.
  3. Proficient in project management tools and software, including MS Office, BlueBeam, Accubid, and Procore.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture.
  2. Experience in SCIF construction is advantageous.
  3. Background in commercial general contracting.
  4. PMP Certification is preferred.
  5. Active Security Clearance is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compu Dynamics offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, a 401k plan with a dollar-for-dollar company match up to 4%, various voluntary benefits, employer-paid life insurance, seven holidays, paid parental leave, volunteer time off, and up to four weeks of paid time off after 60 days, plus a day off for your birthday.
