Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Communicate and follow up with clients regarding project goals, deliverables, and progress.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts, and other expenses.
  • Financial Management: Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Relationship Building: Work closely with Sales to develop deeper relationships with clients and partners.
  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of the project using Procore.
  • Site Evaluation: Visit project sites to evaluate progress and respond to client concerns or questions.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure construction teams have the necessary materials.
  • Communication: Communicate with site superintendents about delays and other issues that must be communicated to clients.
  • Professionalism: Maintain an elevated level of professionalism with clients, vendors, and colleagues, and work to establish a positive working relationship.
  • Safety: Drive throughout the service area while following all local laws, operate vehicles and other equipment safely, adhere to safety protocols, report hazards and risks, and contribute to a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the data center industry or large commercial or industrial industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management in construction, data center, and commercial or industrial industries.
  • Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Office, BlueBeam, Accubid, and Procore.
  • Licenses: Driver's license in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture.
  • Experience: SCIF construction experience, commercial general contractor experience, PMP certification, and active security clearance.
