Project Scheduler/Coordinator

LMI is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler/Coordinator to enhance our project management capabilities. This position requires collaboration with project leaders and technical specialists to develop and sustain comprehensive project timelines. Candidates with a strong background in constructing intricate project schedules and expertise in Microsoft Project are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with project leaders and technical specialists to establish project assignments
  • Formulate processes to ensure efficient scheduling management
  • Align project timelines with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Assess project outcomes and communicate progress
  • Develop action plans for resources, budgets, and timelines
  • Monitor project outcomes and provide metric reports
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of scheduling experience, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills
  • A collaborative team member with a positive demeanor, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience within federal government or consulting sectors
