Sales Department Overview

Our sales professionals play a crucial role in shaping our business by developing and executing projections, forecasts, and long-term planning strategies that will drive our success today and in the future. Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Beauty Division within the Centric Brands Team. This role entails assisting the team with a variety of daily tasks, including item creation and setup, managing timelines and tasks across all accounts, supporting the development of line reviews, creating PowerPoint presentations, analyzing sales data, revising customer purchase orders, overseeing order management, and fostering customer relationships.

  • Facilitate the creation and setup of items for accounts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product information.
  • Oversee timelines and tasks related to all account promotions and modular executions, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed punctually.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the preparation of line review PowerPoint presentations, encompassing product assortments, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, presenting findings to the sales team.
  • Provide support to the account team, including managing samples, preparing presentations, and addressing ad-hoc requests as necessary.
  • Manage the order creation process from inception to shipping, ensuring timely delivery of goods and proactively identifying issues to inform customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, diligent note-taking, follow-ups, and addressing overall customer needs as they arise.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and sales trackers.
  • Track and ship PP and TOP samples, following up with buyers for feedback to influence final production as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Must be a team player with effective and efficient collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PLM, and other Microsoft Office suite programs is necessary.
