Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about available insurance products.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, identify customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales (including retail, telemarketing, or inside/outside sales)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
  • Interest in marketing products tailored to customer needs
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks and achieve their aspirations
  • Strong organizational and self-motivational skills
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Competent in various computer applications, especially Windows
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in delivering presentations to potential clients
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Willingness to obtain necessary licenses for Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health
  • Completion of courses on ethical and customer-focused sales practices will be required
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours may be necessary
