Client Solutions Advisor

Overview

The Client Solutions Advisor plays a crucial role in overseeing client accounts through both reactive and proactive communication via phone and email, aimed at sustaining and enhancing sales while delivering technical assistance to clients. This position involves executing and coordinating all tasks related to customer service operations, particularly in technical aspects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Address client inquiries for quotes and orders received through various communication channels.
  • Transform quotes into confirmed orders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on commercial and technical matters as necessary.
  • Support clients with precise transactions and industry-specific product knowledge.
  • Offer recommendations and technical guidance for conveyor belting solutions.
  • Leverage telephone sales and support expertise to generate interest and present value-added products and services to clients.
  • Cultivate and enhance client relationships to ensure repeat and increased business.
  • Achieve or surpass departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage returns, credits, and complaints as required.
  • Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • 2 to 5 years of prior business-to-business customer service experience or a relevant college degree.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong numerical and technical skills.
  • Self-motivated team player capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM, MRP/ERP systems, order management, and call center environments.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Windows-based software applications.
  • Understanding of part numbers, policies, and product offerings.
  • Adherence to pricing policies, discount structures, and fees.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
