KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing issues.
- Implement a customer-centered, needs-based assessment to inform clients about available insurance solutions.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively address customer needs while fostering business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong dedication to customer service
- Previous sales experience (whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Ability to secure a Life/Health License
- Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives
- Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer requirements
