Job DescriptionRightsize Facility is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and new business opportunities through strategic prospect identification and relationship building.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, economic trends, and customer needs to inform business development strategies
  • Develop and execute lead generation plans to expand our customer base through cold calling, business-to-business selling, and other methods
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, investors, and partners through consistent communication and updates on product developments
  • Develop and deliver sales pitches, product reports, and other valuable data to potential prospects to promote our company brand and mission
  • Utilize industry-leading CRM software to capture sales analytics and stay current on leads and follow-ups
  • Employ a team-based approach to identify and pursue corporate clients in transition who require interior design, office furniture, and facility services
  • Network and build relationships with key stakeholders in the greater Chicago area
  • Possess expert-level CRM and data management skills, the power of persuasion, and be highly organized
