Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, compensation, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, including ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Manage new hire communication and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Employee Offboarding: Own all administrative tasks associated with employee offboarding, including record-keeping and data compilation.

Requirements
