Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pulmonary Specialty Sales Representative to join our team at Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our plasma portfolio with regional/local systems, accounts, and customers, focusing on disease awareness, product discussions, and collaboration with key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide clinical expertise and product knowledge to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, managed markets, and medical affairs, to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical or biological sales experience, with a focus on pulmonary therapeutics.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the pulmonary market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and product expertise, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and sales performance.
