  • Ensure garments are placed correctly on the conveyor system.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to best practices in all production tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to comprehend all necessary training and instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Basic mathematical skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are crucial.

Working Environment and Safety Considerations:

This role is conducted in a warehouse setting, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, dust, and noise. The position operates on a shift basis, which may include weekends and requires overtime as necessary. Physical demands include repetitive motions throughout the shift, bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, and lifting. The use of hands for grasping and manipulation is essential, along with prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Educational Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
