About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams by providing pre- and post-sale monitoring, escalation, and resolution support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-and post-sale activities to manage in-flight proposals and orders.
  • Complete records and sales orders by capturing client, contact, product, price, and other information.
  • Initiate the installation process by creating new orders, service, and billing accounts, sales opportunities, service requests, and client records.
  • Determine the serviceability of client locations through assessments of available information.
  • Assess the ROI models, identify sites in the design configuration, and validate against the ROI.
  • Prepare client proposals and contracts in compliance with product requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate billing codes are entered into the CRM system.
  • Evaluate order details, determine the correct order processing path, and categorize.
Requirements
  • One year of project coordination experience; three years of data entry and sales support or client service work experience; three years of B2B billing and CRM platform experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiar with using multiple CRM, billing, and other systems; history of building orders and selecting Salesforce billing code; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Critical thinking and English communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to handle requests and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
