Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial operations, including budget analysis, financial reporting, and grant management
  • Develop and maintain financial spreadsheets to track funding and expenses
  • Process financial transactions, including reimbursements, invoices, and payments
  • Provide financial guidance and support to department staff
  • Collaborate with department administrators to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, budget analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Excel and financial management systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with financial management systems, including Effort Reporting System (ERS) and Monetary Transfer of Funds (MTF)
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and policies, including RAPID Close-out tool and PAMS
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial data and reports
Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
