Position Overview:

Summary:

  • Support healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and various patient care activities.
  • Monitor patient records and promptly communicate any notable changes.
  • Carry out administrative tasks, manage workload, transcribe medical orders, and maintain patient documentation.
  • Deliver clinical assistance, operate office equipment, participate in patient care tasks, and support the orientation of new staff members.
  • Engage in patient education and reinforce the information provided during care.
Requirements:
  • A High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Must be registered as Nurse Aide I with the relevant health department.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Previous experience in clerical roles or customer service, along with nursing assistant experience, is essential.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English is necessary.
