About the Job: PrimeCARE Medical Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional with a medical degree from an accredited university and active licensure in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to read and write English according to proper grammar rules.
  • You will work closely with our Supervising or Collaborating Physicians and the Clinic Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Your responsibilities will include addressing patient telephone calls, labs, and refill requests in a timely manner, maintaining all licensure for ability to work in the clinic, and helping direct staff and patients during emergencies.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for encouraging team members on shift to comply with all policies and procedures, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • This role requires working in a high-traffic work area with high levels of patient and employee interaction.
  • You will be exposed to moderate noise levels from electronic/machine, telephone, and vocal noise.
  • Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and limited risk of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
