About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Arkansas Surgical Hospital - Physician Owned. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an orthopedic surgical setting.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in performance improvement activities to maintain quality care
- Graduation from accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- One (1) to three (3) years experience as an RN in orthopedic, neurosurgical, endoscopy, or pain management specialties preferred
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
