Nurse Care Specialist

**Job Summary:**
Hire Velocity is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**About the Role:**
We are looking for an experienced RN with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective care plans.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts and departments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
**Requirements:**
- Education: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas (or eligibility to receive or renew)
- Certifications: Current CPR or BLS certification
- Experience: Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting
