Job Title: Senior Manager, Global Procurement

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Global Procurement to join our Commercial / Marketing category. This role will play a critical part in shaping and supporting the definition and implementation of the Global Insights & Analytics Category strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the Global Insights & Analytics Category strategy to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal category teams to manage discussions related to the Insights & Analytics Categories and align category priorities with Procurement management and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations, supplier management activities, and stakeholder engagement activities for the Insights & Analytics Category.
  • Drive value in terms of cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency savings from category management activities.
  • Represent the Global Procurement strategic vision via participating in organizational decisions with critical short and long-term impact on the success, efficiency, growth, and results.
  • Manage category activities to ensure compliance with appropriate GxPs and other applicable regulations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions in consultation with Law department aligned with Regeneron's priorities and business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working within Insights & Analytics categories or related categories through effective sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
  • Demonstrated experience working within an efficient global procurement organization to support the growth and evolution of innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Knowledge to drive improvements within Regeneron, aligned with corporate priorities.
  • Used external data sources, market information, and supplier engagement to constantly improve Regeneron's knowledge of supply market dynamics.
  • Experience managing associate level professionals preferred.
  • Working knowledge with sourcing contracting tools, ERP's, and eRFx systems preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Relevant, progressive experience in procurement, sourcing & category management.
  • Experience successfully managing category processes, and suppliers across a breadth of categories and demonstrated success working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
