Pinnacle Plan is a leading provider of retirement plan solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retirement Plan Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of retirement plan data, client onboarding, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update database fields for plan provisions, contact information, and client data.
  • Track and collect data from clients and prospective clients.
  • Assist in developing and refining the SB Only proposal process.
  • Conduct initial reviews and imports of client information into systems; perform preliminary eligibility and vesting determinations.
  • Request and follow up on missing information for prospective clients.
  • Modify and enhance plan design illustrations for visually appealing proposals; include commentary to clarify illustrations.
  • Prepare service agreements and fee schedules for new SB Only clients.
  • Oversee new client setups, including initial database field configuration for plan provisions.
  • Assist clients with onboarding to the payment portal.
  • Prepare and assemble plan documents for review.
  • Coordinate events for TPA SB Only clients.
  • Prepare billing for SB Only clients as needed.
  • Provide support to Plan Consultants, Actuaries, and Owners as required.
  • Act as a backup for various positions and assist with workflow management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in retirement plan administration.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capability to assess priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across various departmental cultures.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
