Retirement Plan Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update database fields for plan provisions, contact information, and client data.
- Track and collect data from clients and prospective clients.
- Assist in developing and refining the SB Only proposal process.
- Conduct initial reviews and imports of client information into systems; perform preliminary eligibility and vesting determinations.
- Request and follow up on missing information for prospective clients.
- Modify and enhance plan design illustrations for visually appealing proposals; include commentary to clarify illustrations.
- Prepare service agreements and fee schedules for new SB Only clients.
- Oversee new client setups, including initial database field configuration for plan provisions.
- Assist clients with onboarding to the payment portal.
- Prepare and assemble plan documents for review.
- Coordinate events for TPA SB Only clients.
- Prepare billing for SB Only clients as needed.
- Provide support to Plan Consultants, Actuaries, and Owners as required.
- Act as a backup for various positions and assist with workflow management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in retirement plan administration.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and the capability to assess priorities efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across various departmental cultures.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
