We are seeking a skilled Retirement Plan Project Coordinator to join our team at Pinnacle Plan Design. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of retirement plan data, client onboarding, and workflow management.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating database fields for plan provisions, contact information, and client data. You will also track and collect data from clients and prospective clients, assist in developing and refining the SB Only proposal process, and conduct initial reviews and imports of client information into systems.

You will also request and follow up on missing information for prospective clients, modify and enhance plan design illustrations for visually appealing proposals, prepare service agreements and fee schedules for new SB Only clients, and oversee new client setups, including initial database field configuration for plan provisions.

In addition, you will assist clients with onboarding to the payment portal, prepare and assemble plan documents for review, coordinate events for TPA SB Only clients, prepare billing for SB Only clients as needed, and provide support to Plan Consultants, Actuaries, and Owners as required.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of retirement plan experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capability to assess priorities efficiently.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across various departmental cultures.
    • Interest in learning about qualified, company-sponsored retirement plans.
    • Ability to create visually appealing and clear proposals from plan illustrations.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
