Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless coordination between departments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve conflicts and address client concerns
  • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a facilities management or administrative setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to resolving conflicts and addressing client concerns
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
