About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to join our team at Leonardo Electronics US Inc.

Job Summary:

The Master Scheduler will coordinate schedules and inventories to ensure efficient and effective operation of the assigned department or facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering departments.
  • Collaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve customer needs, internal and external.
  • Develops and maintains a Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) through the ERP system.
  • Integrates sales orders into the MPS to determine what products to produce, when, and in what quantities.
  • Ensures alignment between sales demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity to create a realistic plan.
  • Participates in periodic Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) cycle and leads additional planning meetings.
  • Manages safety stock levels of critical components and assemblies.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of production and materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certification by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) in CPIM is a plus.

Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
