Job Description

Position Overview:
This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical assembly and be proficient in the use of various hand tools.

  • Do you have at least 1 year of relevant experience as a Mechanical Assembler?
  • Are you skilled in selecting and using common hand tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers?

  • Do you hold a high school diploma or equivalent?
  • Are you capable of lifting up to 60 pounds?
  • Do you possess basic computer skills for operating common software?
  • Are you available for full-time work?
  • Can you work overtime if required?

Compensation:
We are pleased to offer a competitive sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Details regarding the bonus structure will be provided during the interview process.

Shift Details:
Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be involved in various production tasks, including:

  • Assembling, aligning, and testing complex electro-mechanical and mechanical subassemblies.
  • Utilizing personal protective equipment as required in a production environment.
  • Maintaining a positive and energetic attitude while collaborating with team members.
  • Assisting in other operational areas as needed.

Required Skills:
Candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
  • The ability to operate common hand tools effectively.
  • Strong eye-hand coordination and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and safety protocols.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Additional Skills:
Experience with computer systems and software relevant to the manufacturing process is a plus.
