About the Role

Bruker is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician I to join our team in the production of advanced analytical instrumentation. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our instruments, working closely with our engineering team to refine procedures and protocols, and contributing to the development of new processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing and Quality Control: Follow documented procedures, perform inspections and functional tests to verify quality conformance, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Process Development: Assist in the refinement of procedures and protocols, and contribute to the development of new processes and equipment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the manufacturing engineering team, and effectively communicate with peers, supervisors, and manufacturing engineers.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes, quality control results, and any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant associate degree or high school degree equivalent.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a manufacturing technician.
  • Skills: Good hand-eye coordination, ability to lift 25 lbs, and ability to work with chemicals or reagents.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to read engineering drawings.
