Position Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Bothell, WA

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $19/hr - $22/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute routine manufacturing tasks according to established protocols, with the ability to identify deviations from standard practices.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Measure and verify raw materials accurately.
  • Assemble, clean, and sanitize production equipment while monitoring operational processes.
  • Complete work instructions and uphold a cleanroom environment to meet regulatory standards.
  • Receive training to achieve proficiency in the operation of primary production machinery within the designated area.
  • Gain expertise in process systems (e.g., Syncade MES and Oracle interfaces) and related business systems (e.g., Oracle, ETQ, BMRAM).
  • Assist in the revision and creation of process documentation, including SOPs and electronic work instructions.
  • Help maintain inventory levels of materials and components.
  • Promote a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and engage with other manufacturing teams throughout the production cycle to share information regarding ongoing batches.
  • Handle assignments that are routine in nature, requiring judgment to resolve issues and make standard recommendations.
  • A degree in a related field is preferred; however, a minimum of a high school diploma with relevant experience is required.
  • 0-2 years of cGMP manufacturing experience is preferred or equivalent work experience or education.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, contributing to collective goals and outcomes.
  • Proficient in common computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based tools.
  • Experience where attention to detail and personal accountability were essential for success.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, being attentive and approachable.
  • Maintain a professional and productive rapport with management and colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in laboratory settings involving blood and animal materials.
  • Ability to handle hazardous materials.
