Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at HydrauliCircuit Technology, LLC. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers in the U.S., promoting our auxiliary hydraulic kits and front window guards for excavators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and grow new accounts in the U.S.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts
  • Make daily outbound sales calls and sales visits
  • Contribute to achieving and/or exceeding sales goals and objectives
  • Respond to in-bound sales inquiries for quotes and customer service needs
  • Learn and follow our selling system and processes
  • Demonstrate products and services to customers
  • Determine and validate multi-level application solutions for customers' hydraulic kit needs
  • Use CRM to add new companies, contacts, and create quotations
  • Use CRM for prospecting new business, follow-ups, while gathering and recording strategic information
  • Follow up timely on cold and warm opportunities to further the sales process
  • Set up on-site sales training for new and existing accounts to present our company, products, and services available
  • Professionally solve problems and work under pressure
  • Strive for best-in-class customer service and support
  • Attend industry tradeshows

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' experience in application selling and business development
  • Successful background in outside sales
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to measure, prospect, and target new accounts
  • Open to overtime when necessary for deadlines, some day trips, occasional overnight trips
  • Hands-on training at our home office and in the field to learn and better understand our products, customers, industry, etc.
  • High attention to detail with an emphasis on high accuracy
  • Capable of working under pressure

  • Able to climb a ladder
  • Able to lift 35-50 lbs
  • Pass a drug screening and background check
