Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Epicurean Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve team goals.
- Valid work authorization.
- Excellent knife skills.
- Must be TB-vaccinated.
- Must pass a background check.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic kitchen environment, serving areas, coffee bar, and off-location as assigned.
The incumbent must maintain the skills necessary to safely and efficiently operate the following equipment and machines used in the performance of this job:
- Kitchen equipment, i.e., oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, steamer, mixer, and chef's knives.
- Serving area, i.e., cash register, steam table.
- Catering areas, i.e., chafing dishes, service set up, beverage dispensers.
