The Luxury Gallery Operations Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams across all business facets. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail environments
  • Experience in interior design is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate both oneself and others
  • Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn from mistakes and seek constructive feedback for improvement
  • Proficient in current technology, including iPads, Mac, and PC
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move small to medium items up to 25 lbs. using appropriate techniques
  • Capability to navigate effectively around the gallery floor, stockroom, and office
  • Position involves prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
