The Luxury Gallery Operations Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams across all business facets. This role is crucial in crafting a premium experience for both our internal teams and our clientele. The Manager will establish strategic initiatives and ensure their execution with an unwavering focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities

- Recognize and address complex priorities effectively
- Lead by example, ensuring that Gallery Associates feel supported and motivated
- 5+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail environments
- Experience in interior design is preferred
- Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate both oneself and others
- Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
- Results-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn from mistakes and seek constructive feedback for improvement
- Proficient in current technology, including iPads, Mac, and PC
- Ability to lift and move small to medium items up to 25 lbs. using appropriate techniques
- Capability to navigate effectively around the gallery floor, stockroom, and office
- Position involves prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
