Account Executive

Encompass Onsite Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by generating SMB-Enterprise opportunities through prospecting, attending networking events, and representing our company at trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the entire sales cycle from contact identification and cold outreach to closing and expansion/renewal.
- Leverage HubSpot in your daily contact management and prospecting tasks, maintaining excellent deal hygiene and accuracy.
- Engage in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to establish and expand our company's presence in the industry and generate your own pipeline.
- Identify and increase our rolodex of vendor portals and volume of RFP invitations by identifying new vendor portals and creating relationships.
- Identify and target potential clients in healthcare, education, business and industry, and retail industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research prospects and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Leverage sales collateral, recorded sales calls, game tapes, playbooks, and marketing material to effectively articulate the value proposition of our services and solutions.
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and provide regular updates on prospecting activities, pipeline progression, and achievements.
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive with a proven track record of success in owning the entire sales cycle from contact to close.
- Highly skilled in generating and nurturing connections, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth through effective networking at industry-leading events and trade shows.
- Ability and experience in creating pipeline and closing deal sizes of $100k+.
- Deep knowledge of the facility management industry, its landscape, and key personas.
- Existing relationships in Fortune 1000 companies and facility titles preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools for lead generation and prospecting.
- Experience with vendor portals and RFPs.
- Proficiency in cold outreach including email, cold calling, and social.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to be a product expert and articulate how a service/product can solve the challenges of ICPs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Base salary: $100,000 per year
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $350,000 - $400,000 per year (includes commissions and incentives)
