Case Manager Supervisor

At New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Case Managers, ensuring that incoming referrals and reassignments are processed in a timely and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train Case Managers in clinical, administrative, and advocacy skills
- Assist in the training of new Case Managers as part of their onboarding process
- Provide guidance on handling referrals and clients, and ensure that all staff members are equipped to provide high-quality services
- Assign incoming referrals to Case Management team for processing, and ensure that all therapists have a reasonable caseload at all times
- Coordinate reassignment efforts and perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to travel to all clinics, weekly
- Completion of degree or diploma in social work or social services is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in patient intake or medical office administration
- Strong affinity for customer service and excellent communication skills
- 3 years of experience using an EHR system and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of PSYCKES and EPACES
