Join our dedicated team of Cleaning Specialists at Zerorez Carpet Cleaning. We are seeking motivated individuals to help us deliver exceptional cleaning services.
What We Offer:
- Comprehensive training provided - No prior experience necessary.
- Competitive compensation - Technicians earn $18 per hour during training, with potential earnings of $20-$35 per hour post-training based on performance. Top performers can earn over $60,000 annually.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to perform essential duties related to cleaning residential and commercial spaces.
- A friendly demeanor while providing cleaning services for carpets, upholstery, hardwood, and rugs.
- Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Successful candidates will undergo a motor vehicle record review, criminal background check, and drug screening.
