Financial Clearance Associate

Our esteemed client within the healthcare sector is in search of a Financial Clearance Associate dedicated to facilitating patients' financial eligibility for medical services. This role is pivotal in enhancing the patient experience in healthcare.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient eligibility, benefits, and payment alternatives while providing essential financial guidance.
  • Engage with various departments to ensure comprehensive financial clearance.
  • Identify and escalate clearance challenges to management for prompt resolution.
Required Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare or insurance is essential.
  • Certifications such as CHAA or CHAM are advantageous but not obligatory.
