**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, including handling office tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Assist other departments as needed
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Compensation:** $18.00 per hour
