Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee the execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of MEP trades, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC technicians.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in MEP construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Four-year college degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of skilled tradespeople.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
