Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage day-to-day activities on our construction projects. The successful candidate will have experience in construction management, contract administration, and project coordination. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including subcontractor and supplier management, contract administration, and procurement.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and correspondence.
  • Provide support and guidance to project team members, including training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

  • OSHA Site Safety Experience.
  • Public work experience.
  • Estimating experience.
  • Self-Perform experience.
  • LEED Project Experience.
