Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at Wesco International, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information to resolve issues
* Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments as necessary to ensure seamless issue resolution
* Process payments for cash account customers and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with sales teams to provide exceptional customer service and support

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or Equivalent required
* 2-4 years of relevant customer service experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
